What we are

A family owned service, focused on one region and one kind of customer: people who live in a home in the Pensacola area and have a pest problem in it.

When you call, you describe what is happening. We connect you with a local pest control provider who works this area and handles that pest. From there, the scheduling, the pricing, the treatment plan and the work itself are between you and that provider.

What we are not

We do not perform pest control work. The providers we connect you with are independent businesses, not employees of ours, and we do not warrant or guarantee the work they do. Verifying that a provider carries the license and insurance required for the work is the homeowner's responsibility — the full disclaimer at the bottom of this page states that plainly and we would rather you read it than skim it.

Deciding whether a provider is right for your home is your call to make, with your own information.

Why the Gulf Coast focus

Pensacola is not a generic pest market. Year-round warmth with no real winter kill-off, high humidity, sandy soils, slab-on-grade and concrete block construction, established Formosan termite pressure and heavy summer rainfall all change which pests dominate and how they behave. The pest pages on this site are written for that, not copied from a national template.

We keep the scope tight on purpose: residential properties, in the Pensacola area, for the pests we actually cover.
